The Command Center HQ is automatically built at the center of your main outpost when begin the game or you join a new world. Commonly called the Home Base or HB the Command Center HQ contributes to how many commanders you can have, protect some of your resources from being stolen by other players and contribute to how many armies you can deploy out of that outpost.
